This is a request directed to Ocean Manor Condo residents, Board members, commercial owners and CAM. Many unit owners for various reasons don't get an opportunity to visit the "Jewel" very often. There really is no vehicle in place which allows absentee owners to keep up to date with day to day changes - whether they be improvements or otherwise. For the benefit of these owners, we are requesting that, those in the know, provide any information that they feel may be of interest to those owners who have invested in this property, but don't have access to current events.
