    We never got certified Financials for 2005 and 2006.
    Is it trure that Rick George forged the signature on 2005 and 2006 financials.
    Why couldnt the board give the information need to complete the audit?
    What is the board hiding?

    It makes sense that financial statements could not be done for 2005 and 2006 because that is when the monies would have been taken. (insurance and loan proceeds come in then go out)

    Then the 2007 statements show the poor health of the association because the money is already gone.

    But 2007 statements could not have been properly prepared without 2006 statements and its only a matter of time till the debtholders ty to cash in on their collateral. Who knows how it will end?
