Bend over and take it like a man. The rules have recently changed because Samantha wanted a few more dollars in her pocket. The association will not protect us on this. They don't care that the travelling public only has so many dollars to spend, so an increase in parking fees means a decrease in what our rental fees could be. And remind your tenants to tip the valets to avoid dinged doors and flat tires.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, are there any pools out there on the month that Frank's house of cards collapses? He has not paid his real estate taxes in 3 years and owes the condo, what is it now? Over $200K? My guess is that either some (other?) member of organized crime or Charlie takes over the hotel and commercial units.
