OMG the reviews of the hotel were absolutely horrendous! But they were old, 2009ish. What is the deal with this Ft Lauderdale complex? I can find no reviews of any of the individual units on any of the several that are being offered on the various rental spots.

I wrote the above inquiry. I was just about to initiate a weekly lease of one of the Ocean Manor 2BR condos when my oldest daughter found reviews on Trip Advisor. They scared us off. If you are an owner of an investment property at Ocean Manor you should know that you are losing renters and property value by the negative reviews floating around out there, most of which appear to be about the hotel. I know this is an older property but with updates and good maintenance there is no reason why a visitor can't have a pleasant stay. Just my thoughts as I have already opted for another property in Ft Lauderdale area.
