A rumor has reached me in New York that our President has resigned. Can anyone confirm that? Maintenance arrears has been explained to me as the problem. This does certainly bear further examination...

I received the following reponse from Rick concerning Don's question:

In fact, when a board member falls behind 45 days in their maintenance, it is an automatic resignation.
When Frank catches up I'm sure he will be back on the board.

He musn't be allowed back, as he can do what he wants, is not the proper procedure.

Is the condo assoc going force payment?Are we going to forclose on his units?I heard that he is over a $100,000 behind in his maintenace payments for over 1 year..What is Rick the cam going to do? I bet if I was behind for a fraction of what Frank is, they would forclose on my unit.
ReplyDeleteAlso they had another wedding by the pool on Sat the 18th of Sept 2011.They had all of our common area roaped off with and had a big tent.WiTh the BBQ,THE TABLES ON THE SOTH SIDE OF THE TIKI BAR,AND WHAT WAS ROAPED OFF FOR THE WEDDING,WE HAD NO ROOM TO SIT BY THE POOL.
