Exactly which improvements are they talking about? How much of these improvements does the association pay for that actually become the "property" of the hotel that they can use to charge guests for?
ReplyDeleteEveythig that is being changed in the lobby and the entrance way is to tie in with Franks night club.I do not like the colors at all!

Rick, Please be more specific on what "improvements" you are referring to. One of my major complaints that over the years there have been some nice improvements made but in no time the hotel grounds look run down because the improvements are not being maintained. My pet peeve: Nice pavers installed by pool and on steps. Before you know it, they are covered with gum and goo because they are not power washed on a regular basis. It makes the place look so run down.

ReplyDeleteCan you fix the mirrors on the second by the elevator that have been broken for 6 months.Two mirrors have silver tape over the cracks,and one mirror has been completely removed.This looks real ratty.I wish you would maintain everything instead of wasting money to redo the lobby and the entrance way every year.

The Broward County Health Department has closed down many of the Hotel's rooms as of today May 11, 2011.

Maybe with all the money Prez Charlie saved us.....$525,000.00 is the figure according to the minutes from the Bored meeting (Yes, Bored) maybe we can buy the rooms from Frank.
They must think we're stupid like they are.
First Frank and Charlie we're robbing together now Charlie is acting like he saved us money?
