NEWS LETTER for JULY 2011
Dear Unit Owners:

The Ocean Manor Condo Association hopes all unit owners summer has been safe and successful.

The board is continuing to work with General Bronze on a release of Lien and dismissal of the lawsuit with prejudice. This will facilitate a release of any escrow money being held by the court and should be completed in August.

The board is pleased to announce that the fence to be installed around the pool deck is underway and should be in place before the end of the summer. The pool is for the use of owners, their guests and hotel guest only. This will provide a safer atmosphere and use of the pool as was attended and help the association maintain a healthier pool.

An ADA shower for the handicapped is being installed at the pool deck for the use of all owners, their guest and hotel guest. There will be a sign posted that you must shower before entering the pool. This will greatly reduce the sand and oil that clogs the pool system and will help the association maintain and clean and healthy pool.

The Cooling Tower has been successfully switched over from the obsolete well system. This will create a savings in energy and the system will be easier to maintain which will result in a direct savings in maintenance costs.

The association has received approximately 20 unit owners who would like to participate in the first phase of the door restoration project. As stated before The Brunswick Door Company will be providing the doors and installation will be provided by Aidan Charles. The association will forward the breakdown for the price of the door and the installation. The price will be approximately $800.00 per door including installation.
