Another new fee for parking?

Like others, we privately rent our unit out on a frequent basis. We just received feedback from a recent weekly renter who advised us they were charged a $5 parking fee for the week. Since when is OM charging for this? I am really angry that another "fee" is being charged by the hotel. In my opinion, it's another way to nickle and dime people. Can anyone give me any information about this? Thanks.

    It's been posted all over the blog how Samantha Caico owns the parking lot and charges the $5.00

    Oh, and creepy Frank allows it because Samantha has the dirt on him stealing.

  2. On top of that we pay Charley $2000 per month for his valet service.Also I see our maintenance people that we pay helping Charley take stuff out of his car to stock his store!!!

  3. Yes, I too was at the building a few times and saw the maintenance staff going to the store for Samantha's Coffee Shop.

    Yes, "we" the condo owner's pay $2,000.00 a month (Oh, and Rocket Scientist Frank said that's a savings) to fund the valet parking.

    Thank You Frank, Charlie, and Samantha for stealing from us.

  4. Oh lets talk about Samantha and her daughters' b-day parties in the back room in 2006. The maintenance guys were blowing up baloons and setting up tables and chairs for the little b-day party all on Condo association ticket. Were we invited to the party we paid for.

  5. Frank and all the hotel guests need to pay for the f****** parking since they all the parking spots. Oh who paid for the penthouse repairs? Oh check onthe check in the amt of 435,000 written to Ms Chin. Listen the control over the condo association fund needs to get out of the hands of Frank et al. They are a bunch of crooks. Everyone needs to get on board in the condo association. We cannot do it alone. Today I must submit another 1500.00 ea. to stop Frank from foreclosing on us. The valet parking is something that is paid 4 by the condo association isn't nice to see one of the board members profiting off of the condo association totally illegal. A senator has heard our complaints and is to act on this and bring Frank Charlie and the other crooks to justice. The case is not dropped, frank didn't not win etc despite his lies. Everyone needs to stop paying the condo association and get on board. Frank has dreamed of the market to bottom out so that he could forclose on the condo owners getting the places at rock bottom prices to hold on to them to sell them in the future to flip once again. He regretted selling some of the units to friends b/c his friends turned around and sold them and profited so much. Oh what happened in one of the penthouses? They were rented out to a bunch of teenagers college students and trashed the place. Frank has no regard for anyone or anything he is out for himself only.

  6. Let's do the math here:

    150 (guests per week) X 52 (weeks per year) X $5.00 (Samantha's new parking fee) = 52,000

    Does this mean that we are a discount for parking for this amount per year and our monthly maintenance fees will be lowered? I don't think so. This means that, they are taking more advantage from us. I just want to know when was this approved and by whom?

  7. Samantha uses the maintenance staff as much as she wants as she is now in charge of maintenance!

    The birthdays parties are still happening every year, NOT just in 2006.

    She also uses maintenance to clean her apartment.

    Valet was told it's okay to use the parking spaces against the bushes (Right side) and against the wall (Left side.

    If we come to the building we have to sometimes park in McDonald's.

    Were owners, why is that?

    The Condo Board needs to be arrested for all their stealing!

  10. We have received calls from our tenants over the past few months complaining that they are being held up by the parking lot attendant for the $5.00 parking fee.Has the Board of Directors voted to implement a parking fee for owners and their renters??

  11. Why would owners or their tenants be required to pay a parking fee?? This is absurd. We own the parking lot and we already pay for the valet service in our condominium fees. What right does the valet service (that works for us) have to charge us a fee?? The owners and their tenants should refuse to pay any parking fee. This is robbery!
