I was looking over the proposed budget for 2009.The board never reported revenue income from the laundry room from the time they took over until now?
Perhaps the lawsuit is making them report it now! That only proves that the revenue is ours,and they were stealing the revenue for the past 4 years!!
I hope this will be reported to the state officials investigating the case.

The missing laundry money is a minor symptom, of a fatal disease.The encroachment of our common area,and the quality of life issues are a plague reigned over us by our Board. Try not to get caught up in the little things. Lets try to improve the everyday things,like an owners parking space, security, regular monthly exterminating and maintenence.We have had these things before the current Board took over. I believe it is quoted in our by-laws, we are entitled.

IT SHOULD NOT BE A PRIVATE ENTERPRISE OWNED BY SAMANTHA AND RITA, AS IT IS ILLEGAL, since Rita is a Board Member.
The building is a dirty mess, as no one cares.
Exterminating is now back but we do have a a major bug problem that isn't being addressed.
Security?? That's a joke!
