I read Franks deposition, and he testified that when he holds a wedding by the pool (in our common area) that he does not close that area off. He said that any one could walk through the wedding.
I suggest the next time he holds a wedding in our common area we should walk through, or maybe play a football game in the middle of the wedding.

Frank last year when you had your BIG volleyball tournamnet with the loser former NFL drug addict's / rapist's you hang it with because it make's you so cool, why did you make people move from the pool deck and up the cabana's so "YOUR" film crew could set up.
If I recall you said the property was your's to do what you wanted?

I have not noticed many wedding latly.Maybe Frank is scared of the lawsuit.
ReplyDeleteI have often thought of not moving for the weddings, but it would only hurt the poor couple that couldn't afford a nice place to get married.
