Hello Ocean Manor Owners Renters Workers and Guests,
Now that high season is under way, I am hopeful that
everyone is busy, either with bookings and building security.
We are very unique in having such favorable conditions as renters, workers owners and guest.
Let's be sure that everyone takes the stairs sometimes, as a fire or smoke exit safety precaution.
Please inform your guest and elderly residents as well.
Keep fire exits and fire lanes clear.
Let someone know if you see access being blocked.

Please advise. Broward County Zone Regulations so corrective affirmative action can be taken against penthouse owner/owners in violation.
