First impressions last !!!!!

Frank can you open your eyes and clean the stained and dirty carpet.

It is a shame that the carpet is only about 1 year old. It looks a hundred years old !!!

If I was renting at the Ocean Manor, as soon as I seen the dirty carpet in the hallways I would ask for my money back!!!!

    The way things are going it seems to me, that somehow or other, someone is going to to be reveiwing the actions of members of the association, as well as the Board of Directors.
    I would recomend that anyone who has any requests, should put them in writing and be able to document a response. If you would like the carpet cleaned, write a little note, make a copy, and if you really would like a response, mail it registered, return reciept.If you do not recieve a response,the managment may be called to question, in a future investigation by the Florida DBPR, the regulating authority for Condominiums. Besides that it would be good to have some answers..

    It is a shame!That was the cheapest carpet I have ever seen.It looks like it was installed by a bunch of boyscouts. I think we need new carpet

    When renting, I try not to tell my people that the unit is located at the Ocean Manor.Why?
    If people read the reviews on the internet about how dirty,bug problem,and how unprofesional (RUD) they are at the ocean manor.
    Ocean Manor has a very bad name.Thanks alot Frank.Keep up the good work!

    Ocean Manor is a dump.
    The maintenace and cleaning staff are the worst.
