Hopefully, after last year's Spring Break total debacle when the inmates were running wild in the asylum, the Board of Directors has taken the necessary steps to prevent a recurrence...
Like stepped up security and arrests when underage drinking, drunks wandering the hallway at all hours and assaults take place. We had to refund rentals last year when 2 tenants left in the middle of their stay and another vowing to never return.

My renting family of four wouldn't even stay the night - too intimidated and shocked by the spring-breakers in the hallways being rude, lewd and threatening. Expensive for me, inconvenient for them and another bad write up for OM in Trip Advisor.
ReplyDeleteFrank can you act your age, and be a responsible president!
ReplyDeleteOh Frank's answer to Spring Break is "Weren't you ever a kid"?
ReplyDeleteHe then replied,"This can go back to being a 55 and over community or a successful building."
Frank your not a success, but a terrible loser who steals and can't pay his bills.
You need to realize DUMMY, that if one of "your kid's" during Spring Break falls over a balcony, or get's hurt another way.
Like for instance where the group of rowdy drunks put their buddy in the shower to wake him from his hangover and he went crasing through the glass sliding door.(Good for you the glass was tempered!) that your hotel is going to be held responsible and you place all condo owners in jeopardy.
ALL WE ASK IS FOR ADEQUATE SECURITY and any governing President would agree to that.
But then again, you just don't care, do you Frank?
It's all about you and your terrible business sense.
Your a disgrace as President and conduct yourself VERY irresponsible.
What appears to be more important to Frank is his income at the associations expense. Crude people like this do not change. Expect to pay more and get less.
ReplyDeleteIf the condo association would like to hire a special police detail during spring break to enforce condo rules (quiet times, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, etc) they can call Captain Todd Peney or Sgt. Charlie Studders at the fort lauderdale police department.
ReplyDeleteSgt. Studders' family owns a unit in OM and he used to run the spring break detail at the old howard johnsons and kept it line. Capt. Peney coordinates the detail for the police patrol for the galt ocean assoc and can also schedule off duty officers.
The price spent on the police will cover the cost in damage and reputation.
