The question is not if they are guilt ,BUT HOW BAD IS IT !!!!

How come the insurance revenue is not in Ricks, and Normans made up financial's as revenue income? They want to make believe that they never received it. I think that is where they got the money to pay for the private penthouse balconies.THAT INSURANCE MONEY IS OUR MONEY. WE PAY THE PREMIUMS. IT IS NOT THE BOARDS PERSONAL MONEY THAT THEY CAN SPEND ON THER UNITS,OR CAN WRITE CHECKS TO THEMSELVES FOR HUNDREDERDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!!!!!

How come the revenue they collect from our washers and dryers is not on there statement as revenue income??(they are our washers and dryers,we paid for them.we pay for the water and electric every month, and we pay for them when they break down. The money collected is ours, not the boards to put in their pockets)

  1. Washers/Dryers: Reminds me of when I was on the BOD in another building with a contract with CoinMach. They rented the machines to us, collected the quarters, then gave us what they said was left of the quarters after they deducted our monthly rental. Our Board president renegotiated the contract. We still rented, but we (that meant me and another board member) collected the quarters. But it was a sixteen story building with washer and dryer on each floor, so every month we started at the top with our buckets and walked down each flight. We counted quarters, wrapped them, and deposited them into a separate "laundry account" that showed as a line item in our budget.
And, when we compared the amount we ourselves collected as opposed to what CoinMach reported, every month was at least $300 higher and we were on our way to owning our own equipment.

  2. If there is so much illegal stuff going on why haven't the attorneys contacted the Fort Lauderdale Police Economic Crimes Unit?

I have worked with these detectives in the past and they are more than willing to prosecute any felony committed by the board.

If a criminal prosecution were attached to all of this griping it would seem less like people trying to get free windows and more like people doing what is right.

  5. IT IS REAL BAD.THEY NEED TO CLAIM THE PRIVATE PENTHOSE BALCONIES SO THEY CAN PAY THE EXTRA REAL ESTATE TAX.IF NOT, THAT WILL BE PASED ON TO THE CONDO OWNES.THAN WE WILL GET A DOUBLE ASSESSMENT TO PAY FOR THE INCREASE IN REAL ESTATE TAX.
