The made up financial's that Norman and Rick did,look like a 5th grader did them.Why are they so vague? Are they hiding something?Why is the revenue collected from the washers and dryers not reported as revenue collected? Did they forget it,or did they just put our money in their pockets????
WE NEED CERTIFIED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS!

The washers and dryers are OWNED by Samantha and Rita(Rita is Frank's sister).

These little treats were given to Samantha when she threatened to rat out Frank for using CONDO MONEY.
Well, Frank or let's say "TIKI" (Good show by the one who named the fool that) was so scared of Samantha he bent over to do whatver she wanted. Laundry room, Coffee Corner, Valet.
Samantha will be the next Board President.
They need to redo their financials.They need to add that revenue,or we may get another double assessement!
ReplyDeleteSometimes it is the little things that lead to th bigger things. The washer/dryer money is very small compared to the millions of dollars that are unaccounted for. We are upset by it because it is clear that money was taken from us.
ReplyDeleteWe are less upset about the millions because we have less clarity. We will all be very upset if we do not get something done in time that allows us to be repaid what was likely taken from us. As time passes and property values fall, we put ouselves in a weaker position to collect. For instance, if the BoD's debt is larger than the value of their property, what will we get back? In the last audited financial statements, THE AUDITOR SPECIFICALLY WARNS ABOUT THE RISK ASSOCIATED WITH FRANK TALERICO FAMILY PARTNERSHIP OWNING SO MUCH OF THE PROPERTY. NOW, MUCH LATER, PROPERTY VALUES ARE MUCH LOWER AND WE HAVE NOT SEEN AUDITED FINACIALS. It may be the case that money you send to the Board allows them more wriggle room to play the shell game. Please everyone be careful, ESPECIALLY if your financial stake here is considerable compared to your overall wealth.
We pay for the water and electric every month.The money belongs to us.Samantha does not have the right to own the machines.
