Is the Board ready to cash out?

I came across this advertisement for the sale of one of the apartments in the Penthouse.

For ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS

Please note that uses are listed as a “private party or club”, space. This does not indicate to me that the Board is putting the owner’s quality of life issues at the top of their “to do list”. I believe that the apartment belongs to Frank; if not would someone please set me straight.

  1. It belongs to Carolyn Chin, who just probably can't take the heat anymore....Surprised Frank can't buy her out?....Maybe he can't afford it?

  2. Nice balcony WE all built!

Love the view--For Carolyn it's worth every penny WE spent on it.

If we move fast enough, the sale proceeds can be used to repay us for our building costs.

Signup with Joe! He is working on contingency which means he truly believes he can win a lot of settlement money.

Outrage is important but action is required. This ad should make your stomach hurt.

  6. Penthouse 1102 was purchased by Frank in april 2004 for 625k and sold to CHIN at a loss for 540k in sept 2004. Our members need to be aware of this.

    Now for sale for 1.5M.
